Shipping & Returns
Delivery times
Orders are delivered within 7 to 15 working days of order confirmation. For bedding sets and furniture, delivery can take up to 20 working days.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free throughout the European Union. Outside the European Union, it is free on orders over €150; below that, it costs €10.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to send back any item that doesn't suit you, provided it is in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to the same payment method used for the purchase.
